The RAD offers an internationally-recognised portfolio of examinations designed to encourage, motivate and reward students of all ages and abilities, outlining a progressive structure for learning and achievement in dance.

Students can start from the age of 3, move through Pre-Primary and Primary levels and then into eight Graded and six Vocational Graded levels. All examinations offered at Aspire are optional and don't begin until age 6.

Students at Aspire are also given the opportunity to take part in our annual show in December. We love seeing the students' confidence and enjoyment shine on stage.

Pilates

Menezes Method

Pilates took off in the 1920's, as Joseph Pilates combined controlled movements with a focus on breathing and alignment; developing an exercise technique for building strength and flexibility, while improving balance, coordination and endurance.

At Aspire, our intimate classes are all about attention to detail, moving in the correct way, breathing with every move, all given with specific direction to help you understand the activation and engagement needed to get the most out of the class.

Expect to experience a full body workout, as we work from the inside out.

Whether you're experienced in Pilates, beginner or somewhere in-between, all our classes are mixed ability. Each class works with the ball, band, hoop and roller accordingly, to target specific muscle groups.

Drop into one of our classes and start benefitting from this amazing workout.
