Philippa Roche

Principle Philippa, grew up in The Lake District, UK, where she danced from the age of 3 at The Maria Francis School of Dance. Philippa completed her formal ballet training at the Royal Academy of Dance London, in 2012. Following this, Philippa moved to Perth Australia, where she taught a range of students from beginner to pre-professional in both state and public sectors. Whilst in Australia, Philippa performed with Perth City Ballet.

With a degree in Ballet Education, Philippa is also an Associate and Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Dance, and holds her Registered Teaching Status.

In Sydney Australia, Philippa trained with Allan Menezes at The Pilates Institute of Australasia.  Since completing her training, Philippa enjoys combining her dance experience with Pilates to deliver a deep strengthening class with focus on breathing and lengthening the body.

In 2018 Philippa moved to Ireland and completed her training in Zumba and Strong in Dublin.

In September 2018 Aspire Fitness & Dance Academy opened its studio in Ballyedmond. With new classes being added every year, we look forward to a bright future at our family friendly studio.

Rachel Tracey

Rachel started ballet at the age of 4 at The Goode School of Dance in Dublin where she was a member of the Irish National Youth Ballet. Rachel then furthered her training at the College Of Dance for a year, and continued on to England to study at the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts for 3 years gaining a national diploma.

During her performing career, Rachel has appeared and danced all across the world with P&O cruises, featured in Mrs Brown’s Boys D’movie, The Vikings, Little Women, Penney Dreadful, Ripper Street, Mr Malcolm’s list, The 3Arena, Croke Park, The Aviva Stadium, The Gaiety, Cork Opera House and The Helix.


Most recently Rachel has become a Royal Academy of Dance teacher in the Certificate Ballet Teaching Studies. 

Rachel specialised in Jazz, Hip Hop and Musical Theatre.
